    Description

    A very nice Victorian Ostrich Feather Fontage, Fan with Tortoise Sticks.
    The fan has 20 sticks which range from 11" at the guard sticks (including the feather) and 13" at the center sticks and the fan when open is 20" wide.  The fan has a tortoise loop and a steel rivet with tortoise washers (one missing).  The tassel has a nice "retaining ring" and a wood fitting over the tassel
    .  The last photos are one with UV light and one with 40x magnification which typically indicate natural tortoise.  Ebay  had the 40x photo removed as being too small - if you want to see it please contact me.
