Immerse the test pads into urine for 1-2 seconds(make sure the pads are wetted thoroughly); Wipe off excess urine against the rim of the specimen container; Read results in 60s by comparing the color of the pads to the color chart on the bottle label.

Storage

How to Read the Results
Negative means no nitrite/leukocytes is found in the urine - Normal results.
Positive means nitrite/leukocytes is found in the urine – Abnormal results. - Nitrite positive: It is positive when the reaction pad becomes pink in the color within 1 minute, which means it has a sign of UTI. - Leukocytes positive: It is positive when the reaction pad becomes purple in the color within 1 minute, which means it has a sign of UTI. - pH value: The value is higher than normal levels(above 7) suggests a sign of UTI.
