Description
Coagulated soil vibration  table is mainly composed of bottom frame, vibrator spring and
other parts, table and bottom frame  are made of steel plate and section steel welding,
vibration table is an electric motor  and a pair of the same eccentric wheel composition.
And through a pair of hanger coupling  installed in the center of the table (opposite),
plays the role of smooth, vertical  direction in the process of vibration and compaction.

1.Thickening spring design: The  hardness of spring is better than that of ordinary spring,
vibration sensing effect is better,  and the spring is more durable after thickening.
2.High quality copper core motor:  Quality assurance, long service life, not easy to break
down, thick copper wire design, more  stable and worry saving.
3.Thickened table top anti-corrosion  treatment: It is made of thickened steel, painted,
anticorrosive and rustproof, which  prolongs the service life of the vibration table.
Installation and  maintenance
1.The foundation should be laid before  the vibration table is installed (Use level ruler ) ,
according to the position  of the bottom frame bolt hole fixed bolts, fixed bolts must be
tightened and fixed.
2.When the vibration table  is installed and the machine is debugged, start the machine
for
3-5 minutes and then stop.All fixed  bolts shall be inspected and tightened before use if
loose.
3.The concrete products should be  stabilized on the vibration table during the process of
vibration. The required  vibration-compacted products should be placed symmetrically
with the vibration table to balance  the load. The fastening device of vibration-
compacted products can be designed and  allocated by users according to their own
needs.
4.The bearing of the vibrator should  be checked frequently and cleaned regularly to
replace the lubricating oil.  Keep the bearing well lubricated and prolong the service life
of the vibrator.
NOTICE  :The paint on the machine is slightly off, but the effect is not  affected
The machine is 220V and does not have a plug.
The power line is not divided into neutral line and live line, and can be directly connected to the air switch.
