Henrob Welding and Cutting Torch Outfit

Henrob Welding and Cutting Torch Set / Outfit in original hard plastic storage/carry box. Includes original instruction book and all parts shown in pics.
I am unfamiliar with this product. However, it appears that it is missing three or four tips (one is attached to the main ass’y and an unused one is in the tray).
There is a new part in an unopened Henrob package which I can not identify on the parts break-down in the instruction manual.
The instruction booklet has sentences and/or words that have been redacted - possibly by the distributor. It is unclear why (see pic of example).
Unit shows normal, not extreme, signs of usage.
This unit was sold at an estate settlement auction. The previous owner who was a metal sculptor had passed away.
