Generally the materials used for twining weavers are soft and flexible while the stakes can be more rigid. Baskets as well as rugs, mats, sacks and clothing can be constructed with the twining technique.  These instructions will teach you how to twine a small basket. Basketry requires patience and perseverance. Keep at it and you will be proud of your new skills and finished basket.  Our kit includes: Fiber cord and an 8-page full color instructional booklet.  You will need: scissors, ruler.  Kit makes one twined basket about 3" wide by 3" tall.  Ages 7 and up, adult participation necessary for younger ages.  Made in USA.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
