1960s Basketry Craft Kit | Savin Crafts 1966 Hamden, Conn. Basket Weaving Kit

Weave a 8" x 12" oval x 10" high basket using this vintage craft kit.
Made by Savin Crafts, once based in Hamden Connecticut, this craft kit bears a copyright date of 1966. I was excited to find this kit since I grew up visiting the Savin Rock Beach and felt like this was finding a piece of my home state's history.
The box explains, "Our kits have been carefully designed to instruct and delight beginners in the Art of Basketry and Seat Weaving. Our instruction sheets have been carefully prepared and illustrated to assure the beginner an attractive and useful product at first attempt. EAch kit contains all the necessary materials to assemble and weave the product to completion."
Pre-cut and punched base, pre-cut spokes, genuine rattan weaving reeds, and illustrated instructions included.
NOTE: Though the items in this kit all appear to be in good condition, they may have brittled with time.
