**Makes 4 servings**
1 5/8 Cups All purpose flour1 teaspoon Salt1/2 cup Granulated Sugar4 teaspoon Dry Yeast2 Whole Eggs8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter2 teaspoon Orange Flower Water1/4 cup Whole Warm Milk
1. In a kitchen aid or mixer combine the warm milk, orange flower water and yeast. Mix Well and allow the yeast to hydrate.2. Add the eggs and mix well3. Add the flour, salt and sugar and mix well4. Add the butter and mix for 8 minutes at high speed5. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes6. Dive the dough in 6 equal pieces by weight7. Shape 4 pieces into round balls and use the other two for the decorations8. Shape the “bones” using your fingers to roll the dough9. Make 4 smaller balls with the rest of the dough10. Brush the dough with water and decorate11. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes12. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
